This is one of the most inspiring stories I’ve come across, as Vinnie’s perseverance through hard times and his positive outlook on life make me want to be a better man in every sense of the phrase.
Being a fit dad can take on so many different definitions. There are the weight lifters, the CrossFitters, the bikers and hikers, the swimmers and Ninja Warriors.
But they all have one thing in common: a passion for movement and being active.
